Ok when putting in the IP to the blacklist just put it in as

// Name:
// Ban Reason:
// Proof:
// Server:
// Ban Date:
185.525.212.22

the // in the files means ignore this line its just for information. you just want to put the ip down without the // or it will be ignored.
now --> 111.222.333.44/24<----??? /24?
it means IP Range Ban. anyone in that ranged ip ban gets blacklisted so it keeps the ip changers out!
